New Fall Referee Clinics Announced
Grade 9 Certification
8/8 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM Clinic will be held at the YMCA on Market Street.
Grade 8 Certification
7/30 6:00 PM- 9:00 PM
7/31 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
8/1 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
First two dates will be held at the CFSA Office on Green Meadows Drive. Other dates will be held at the YMCA on Market Street.
Grade 8 Recertification
8/14 9:00 AM- 3:30 PM
Clinic will be held at the YMCA on Market Street.
Bridge Class (Grade 9 to Grade 8)
8/7 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Clinic will be held at the YMCA on Market Street.
Pre-registration is mandatory and can be done online at www.ncsra.org
Cost is $67 for early registrants, $77 for late registrants and walk-ins. Attendance for all sessions is required. For more info contact Ivan Batts at ibatts@ec.rr.com or Peter Fritz at pfritz@ec.rr.com
Risk Management
If you are 18 years of age or over, please be sure you have completed NCYSA Risk Management for 2010. Anyone who has not done so will not be allowed to referee until they have registered.
Weather Updates / Game Cancellations
It is up to the Referee to check the web site or call the office hotline about weather updates, i.e. if games are cancelled. REFEREES SHOULD NOT CALL THE ASSIGNORS TO FIND OUT ABOUT CANCELLATIONS.
